Hotel Medjugorje Irish Centre, Medjugorje

My experience at the Irish House in Medjugorje was incredibly disappointing. I faced serious issues with missing items from my apartment, and the way my complaint was handled was shocking. However, my family felt completely at home here, and I’ve heard some positive things about other guests enjoying their stays. Personally, based on my experience, I won't be returning.

The apartments provided a clean and comfortable environment for our stay, with staff going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. However, a previous troubling experience involving missing items has left me hesitant to return. The location is quite convenient for visiting local attractions, but not having breakfast included was a minor downside.

My experience at the Irish House Apartments in Medjugorje was quite disappointing. While the location is decent, with a 15-minute walk to St. James Church, the service and overall management left much to be desired. The staff seemed unresponsive to complaints, and I felt poorly treated when addressing my concerns. It's unfortunate because the location had great potential. I won't be returning.
